tarinionline.com does not have the provision for returns EXCEPT if the product is damaged or wrongly sent. 

Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery. 

tarinionline.com offers a simple and easy 7-day return policy to our customers. You can conveniently return an item if it falls in the above exception, within 7 day from the date of delivery. 

All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted. 

The returned item can be exchanged with the correct/new product (of the same value) 

Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:

The items should be unused and unwashed

The packaging should have the original packaging and tags in place.

The product should be returned within 7 day from the delivery date.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case. 

In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to tarinionline.com (using a reliable courier service). In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

The Return Process- Online

• You can return an item online at tarinionline.com, if the item is damaged or wrongly sent by sending an email at help@tarinionline.com and we will revert within 48 hours of receiving the email.

• A notification initiating the return process will be sent to the customer within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the items.

• Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

• If order is placed for a particular product by mistake, it can be canceled within half an hour from the order placement via phone call.

To process a return successfully, please re-pack the items to be returned with all the original packaging & tags that they were shipped with. Make sure a copy of e.mail with concern & reason of return is dropped inside the packet.
